Reflection (king lear)

Act 1:Scene 2

In this scene Edmund acknowledge that he is special and he has gifted ways. Although he was looked upon negative, being compare to a "lowlife", or talked upon being called a "bastard", he did not let that phase him. Showing that his belief was all that he needed. This showed me that despite the negative energy that is put out, it's up to you as a person to make something out of it.

Act 1:Scene 3

In this scene Goneril shows her true intentions. She wants to dethrone her father so she can control the kingdoms and be entitled in the royal power she seeks. This shows me that not all people can be trusted and that the will of power will bring out the true colors of people.

Review

The Great Gatsby is a story within a story showing readers the insight of the meaning of “new life”. The Great Gatsby is written by Francis Scott Fitzgerald and this novel was written in 1919. The genre of this novel is a romantic drama. The main characters are Jay Gatsby, Nick Carraway, Daisy Buchanan, Tom Buchanan, Jordan Baker. I like the back story about Jay Gatsby and his journey to wealth. I also liked the story behind Jay and Daisy, the romantic scandal gave a deeper feeling of the novel. If I would nominate an audience to read this I would choose high school students. I choose them because they’re young and this book Is full of “youngsters” living the time of their lives during the 1920s a time where the day was young and the night was a younger.

Reflection

After  reading  chapters 1-24 and completing this assignment I have realized that not all people and things are giving equal stability. Each one my classmates’ monster killed amd seeker revenge and the image of a monster is pure evil but evil is a act against good and is not born with the evil doers, but is bred into the mind of those who seek evil and rebel again good faith.

Day 13

Today is a day to celebrate and honor! I officially signed to Jacksonville State University amd cannot wait for fall. It took 5 hours to get there from Mobile but I feel it was worth it and the campus was beautiful and I fell in love with the robotics class and recreation center. I will be the first to go to a 4 year university and I am proud of myself. But this is not the end to tho journey of William Blake.
