Psalm 27 (KJV) Analysis

In Psalm 27, it discuses the declaration of belief in the greatness of God and one should trust in the protection He provides. One can always follow the guidance given by Him. He will always protect one from the wicked ways of the world. God will lead one down the path of light with guidance and protection, not leaving them alone, because God is always with all of his children. Verse 1 states, " The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid". This verse is stating that one should not fear the Lord as if he were death, but to fear to disrespect him. Believing the word of God will protect you from all evil and through good faith and respect all will be given to one by God.

In this chapter there are multiple sign of symbolism and metaphorical meanings. Verse 5 states, "For in time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion...he shall set me upon a rock.". This verse shows readers that God will protect and guide one but he will not hide you from the world. Verse 1 "The Lord is my light and salvation". This verse is a metaphorical comparison between the Lord and light, showing readers that nothing is too dark for the Lord to guide one through. It also shows that in need of help God will always be there

Review

The Great Gatsby is a story within a story showing readers the insight of the meaning of “new life”. The Great Gatsby is written by Francis Scott Fitzgerald and this novel was written in 1919. The genre of this novel is a romantic drama. The main characters are Jay Gatsby, Nick Carraway, Daisy Buchanan, Tom Buchanan, Jordan Baker. I like the back story about Jay Gatsby and his journey to wealth. I also liked the story behind Jay and Daisy, the romantic scandal gave a deeper feeling of the novel. If I would nominate an audience to read this I would choose high school students. I choose them because they’re young and this book Is full of “youngsters” living the time of their lives during the 1920s a time where the day was young and the night was a younger.

Reflection

After  reading  chapters 1-24 and completing this assignment I have realized that not all people and things are giving equal stability. Each one my classmates’ monster killed amd seeker revenge and the image of a monster is pure evil but evil is a act against good and is not born with the evil doers, but is bred into the mind of those who seek evil and rebel again good faith.

The band is excting, but it is not all about the music, it also teaches discipline and how important teamwork is. My favorite subject is History.  I like playing video games, working out, and hanging out with friends.  My expectations for this year is to: increase my GPA per semester, keep my grades at a A average, and to score a 30 on my ACT.
